Whaddon Parish Council (WPC) represents the village of Whaddon in Buckinghamshire. Buckinghamshire Council (BC) is the Local Authority.
The village has a population of around 400 people, with 200 dwellings. The village can be traced back to Anglo-Saxon times, and surrounding elements back to Roman settlements.
It stands close to the boundary between Milton Keynes City Council and Buckinghamshire.
Within the village there is a church (St Mary's CoE), chapel, village hall, primary school, recreation ground, allotments, village pub and numerous active groups and clubs that make use of the facilities.
